Occupying an expansive 8,000 square yards, this under-construction family residence is set to redefine luxury and functional coastal living in Pakistan. Designed in collaboration with renowned American architectural firm Beyer Blinder Belle, the home integrates cutting-edge design principles with a deep respect for the local environment, emphasizing sustainability, privacy, and harmony with nature. Slated for completion by mid-2026, this project embodies a new architectural language in Karachi—balancing international sophistication with local context.
The evolution of residential architecture in Karachi has long reflected the tension between rapid urbanization and the need for serene, sustainable living spaces. This project—a singular family home on Beach Street—seeks to address that imbalance.
Designed as a one-of-a-kind coastal residence, it combines architectural innovation with practical functionality, all while being grounded in the unique topography and climate of its seaside location.
As Karachi continues to expand and modernize, the need for intelligently designed, sustainable, and aesthetically refined residences becomes increasingly urgent. This home, located on Beach Street and developed in partnership with Beyer Blinder Belle, aims to not only meet those needs but elevate the standard for family living in the region. Upon completion, it will stand as a singular architectural statement—a confluence of form, function, and forward-thinking design.
