Nestled atop a picturesque cliff in the enchanting mountains of northern Pakistan, this 500 square yard model home showcases a unique design that blends seamlessly with its natural surroundings. Adhering to specific property guidelines, the house exudes a charming cottage-like aesthetic while offering breathtaking views of the scenic landscape from its rear.
The back of the house features a captivating fully glazed façade, providing an immersive connection with the outdoors and allowing for a delightful walkout experience. Inside, a spacious living and dining area await, bathed in natural light throughout the day. The front facade boasts thoughtfully placed punched windows, ensuring both privacy from neighboring houses and a continuous flow of the sun's warm rays. This harmonious union of design and nature creates an inviting and harmonious abode.
